The AI technology maintained and offered by AZ Eviction Defense (“service”) serves to provide access to legal information in order to aid low income Pro Se Party(s) facing residential eviction actions.
Legal technology is fallible, use this service with caution accordingly. This service is AI based and it does not, and cannot, engage in the practice of law. You are at all times using the service at your own risk. If you looking for a person licensed to practice law in Arizona, the “Professional Legal Document Review” service may provide you with the answers you are seeking. This is a separate cost from the AZ Residential Eviction – Defense Strategy and Pleadings Assistant subscription fee. Choosing this service should be done as early as possible as AZ Attorneys and Legal Paraprofessionals may take up to five (5) business days to complete the document review.
User / Subscriber shall not share the link or password granting access to the service with any unauthorized party at any time. Doing so may constitute fraud, theft, and may result in legal action being pursued against the User.
AZ Eviction Defense reserves the right to restrict a User’s access to the AZ Tenant Defense – Assistant when User has made more than 250 inquiries without prior notice to the User. Or, if AZ Eviction Defense has reasonable suspicion that User has shared the link provided to the User upon ordering with an unauthorized party, which has resulted in unauthorized use of the service.
The limitations of this service are reflected by the cost of its use. AZ Eviction Defense provides this service at an affordable rate in order to assist Pro Se (also known as Pro Per) parties who are otherwise unable to afford legal representation or where such representation is otherwise not available.
Refunds- No refunds shall be issued to the User except where authorized at the sole discretion of AZ Eviction Defense. Please present any questions you may have regarding this service before purchasing access. AZ Eviction Defense will be happy to assist you however possible.
- AZ Eviction Defense, its employees, agents, or representatives (collectively “AZ Eviction Defense” throughout) shall not be held liable or responsible in any regard for any and all injuries that do or may result from the use of this service, the reliance upon any information provided by this service, or the reliance upon any information provided by or contained within azevictiondefense.com at any time and for any reason.

- User is required to always thoroughly check all information provided by this service for accuracy, including all laws that this service mentions or provides citations to.
- By using this service, the User, its successors and assigns releases AZ Eviction Defense and its successors and assigns from all liability and warrants that User will hold AZ Eviction Defense harmless from all injuries or damages that may occur against the User. Such injuries or damages include, but are not limited to: losing an eviction action brought against the User, Court costs, attorneys fees, or any other related cost, fee, judgment or Court Order entered against the User, or other similar injury resulting from the same.
- User shall at all times use this service at the User’s sole risk of all injuries or damages that may arise from the use of this service without limitation excerpt wherever provided for by law.
- Severability- If a Court of law finds any part of this waiver of liability unlawful or non-binding, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising from this Notice and Waiver or the use of the AZ Residential Eviction – Defense Strategy and Pleadings Assistant shall be resolved via mandatory arbitration, as set forth by the American Arbitration Association. The cost of such arbitration shall be at the User’s sole expense.
- Duration and Entire Agreement – This Notice and Waiver shall not expire and shall be perpetual in nature. This agreement makes up the entire agreement and supersedes any other agreement whether written or oral.
- Amendments – Amendments to this agreement may be permitted but only where set forth in a signed and dated writing provided to the User by an officer of AZ Eviction Defense.
- User’s access or use of this service constitutes its agreement with all provisions of this Notice and Waiver. Further, User’s access or use constitutes that User enters into this Notice and Waiver on its own free will and volition, is of sound mind, has had an opportunity to present to AZ Eviction Defense any questions or concerns User may have, and has had an opportunity to consult with legal counsel before using this service.
- Legal technology must be maintained on occasion. User understands and accepts that the service will undergo routine maintenance and User shall not bring any complaint or dispute against AZ Eviction Defense for any delays or inconveniences resulting from such maintenance or any other cause of inaccessibility / temporary outage that is beyond the control of AZ Eviction Defense.
- Payment- Monthly subscribers must pay a fee of $29.99 USD per month in order to have continued access to the service. If a subscriber goes more than one week since payment was due, and has not scheduled a timely payment, AZ Eviction Defense reserves the right to cancel subscriber’s access without prior warning or notice to the User (“subscriber”). Service may be restored upon payment to AZ Eviction Defense. A separate policy applies to the “Professional Legal Document Review” and shall be at the sole discretion of the legal paraprofessional or attorney offering this service to the subscriber. However, generally, unused items expire upon the conclusion of a subscriber’s case, or upon the appeal or transfer of subscriber’s case to an Arizona Court or record.
